- Photo exhibition: An exhibition that invites you to reflect on our commercial fishing industry and the contributions it makes to society.

- Professional development workshops:90-minute training sessions on how to become a more effective science leader and how to take more control of your time.
- MSP board game:A chance to play the well-travelled Maritime Spatial Planning Board Game.
- Meditation sessions: 15-minute meditation sessions to help you start the day with an open and relaxed mind.

- In conjunction with the Barefoot Thinking Company, we are offeringtwo free 90-minute professional development workshops to conference delegates on:
- How to take more control of how your time is spent
- How to be a more effective science leader
- The Barefoot Thinking Company has been working with scientists and science organisations to develop present and future leaders, and build better collaborations and teams, since 2009.
- At Coastal Futures 2025, delegates will have the opportunity to play theMaritime Spatial Planning ‘MSP Board Game’. The Marine Management Organisation and AtkinsRealis will be hosting the MSP game for interested delegates. The game has attracted much interest and is being played across the UK and overseas – if you haven’t had a go, it is recognised as an effective and fun way to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing marine planners. - Coastal Futures conferences are busy! Why not start the day with an open and relaxed mind following your journey to the Royal Geographical Society.
